Tampa Bay
The Wing Snob Story
It started in 2017 with a simple obsession: Marcus Rivera couldn't find wings that lived up to his standards. Every Friday, he'd fire up his backyard grill and experiment — adjusting heat levels, layering sauces, perfecting the double-fry technique until the skin crackled just right.
Friends and neighbors kept showing up uninvited (not that Marcus minded). A makeshift pop-up stand at a local market in 2019 sold out in 45 minutes. By 2021, Wing Snob opened its first brick-and-mortar location on Stelling Dr, Riverview — and the lines haven't stopped since.
Fresh, never frozen — every wing is sourced from local Florida suppliers daily.
House-made sauces — every recipe developed in-house, no shortcuts, no shortcuts.
Community first — we give back through local events and school partnerships.
Consistency matters — every order, every time, same standard of excellence.
Our Mission & Core Values
